The rolling Pennsylvania countryside serves up a classic parkland test where mature oaks and maples frame generous fairways that reward aggressive lines but punish wayward shots with unforgiving rough. Water comes into play on six holes, most memorably on the risk-reward par-5 14th where a creek bisects the fairway 280 yards out, tempting big hitters to take on the carry for a short iron into the green. At this price point, you'd be hard-pressed to find better conditioning or more thoughtful bunkering in the Keystone State.
